Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships to ensure high service levels.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Bring on new clients, expand portfolio minimise lost clients
  • Visit existing clients as required
  • Ensure that quotes are done within appropriate time frame
  • Ensure that customer service continuously improves
  • Review client services on monthly basis
  • Work closely with management on new solutions  
  • To be a proud representative of the company and seek out and report any opportunities to management.
  • Retain existing business through excellent customer service and service offerings
  • Represent the brand by presenting, promoting, and selling products to distributors.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge via training and independent research.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to coordinate sales strategies.
  • Report insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends to management.
  • Organize events and promotions quarterly.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (a relevant qualification is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in manufacturing or gas industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Renumeration

Salary: R8000,00
